Debt piling up? Let's look at it together.
Credit cards, medical bills, payday loans, online installment loans: if it's unsecured debt, we can look at it. Tell us a little about what you owe. We'll call you, listen, and explain your options in plain English. If it makes sense for you, we'll connect you with a law firm that works with people in your situation.
- Free, and you're under no obligation
- AmeriFirst Group never charges you anything
- Straight answers, including when settlement isn't right for you
Who we are: AmeriFirst Group is a referral service. We are not a debt settlement company or a law firm, and we don't give legal or financial advice.
Free. No obligation. Your information is never sold to unrelated companies.
You make every payment, and the balance hardly moves.
It isn't a character flaw. Interest stacks up, life gets expensive, and minimum payments are built to keep you paying for a very long time. Plenty of hardworking people end up here.
- Your minimum payments are mostly going to interest
- You're juggling which bill to pay this month
- Collectors have started calling
- You took out a new payday loan to pay off the last one
- You don't know what your options actually are
Unsecured debt, the kind with no collateral behind it
If no property backs the debt, we can review it. That includes the types below, plus private student loans, lines of credit, and balances left over from things like a repossession or a broken lease. Mortgages, car loans, car title loans and federal student loans work differently and aren't part of a debt settlement program.
Credit cards
Bank and major-brand cards with balances you're struggling to pay down.
Store cards
Retail and department store accounts, which often carry the highest rates.
Personal loans
Unsecured installment loans from banks, credit unions or online lenders.
Collections and medical
Accounts already handed to collectors, and unpaid medical bills.
Payday loans
Short-term loans due on your next payday, including when one loan has turned into several.
Online installment loans
High-cost loans from online lenders, repaid in fixed payments over months.
Three steps, and you decide at each one
Tell us about your debt
The short form takes about a minute. There's no credit check and no cost.
Talk it through with us
We'll call to understand your situation and explain what debt settlement involves, the downsides included. If it doesn't fit, we'll tell you.
Meet a partner law firm, if you choose
If you want to go further, we'll introduce you to a law firm we work with. They review your situation and explain their program and fees. Whether you sign up is entirely up to you.
What AmeriFirst Group is, and what we're not
We'd rather you hear it from us up front.
A referral service
We talk with people who ask for help, learn about their situation, and, with their permission, introduce them to a partner law firm. We may be paid by that firm for the referral. You never pay us.
A debt settlement company or law firm
We don't negotiate with your creditors, hold your money, or enroll you in any program. We don't give legal, tax or financial advice.
Promise results
No one can promise how much you'll save or how fast. Any partner firm must explain its own fees, timeline and risks before you agree to anything.
Two things worth knowing up front
Debt settlement isn't right for everyone. We'd rather you hear the trade-offs now than be surprised later.
It can affect your credit for a while
Settlement programs usually pause payments to creditors while funds build up, and late or settled accounts can lower your credit score. The law firm will explain how this could affect you, and what rebuilding can look like, before you sign anything.
Not every creditor will negotiate
Some creditors won't settle, and collection calls or lawsuits can continue during a program. The legal team will go over this with you up front, so you know what to expect.
Other options worth knowing about: you can call your creditors yourself to ask for a hardship plan, or work with a nonprofit credit counseling agency on a debt management plan. The FTC's guide to getting out of debt explains these choices.
Common questions
No. The review is free and AmeriFirst Group never charges you. If you later choose to work with a partner law firm, that firm will explain its own fees in writing before you agree to anything.
No. We don't pull your credit. A partner firm may ask permission to review your credit report later. If it does, it will tell you what kind of check it is.
AmeriFirst Group calls you. If you want to go further, we can connect your call to a partner law firm, but only with your OK on the call. We don't sell or hand out your number to anyone else.
Yes, we can review them. These loans often carry very high costs, and it's easy to end up taking a new one to pay off the last. On the call we'll look at what you owe and to whom. If a partner law firm handles that kind of loan in your state, we can introduce you. Results depend on the lender and on your state's laws.
Debt relief laws vary from state to state, and not every firm can help in every state. Your state tells us which options may be available.
No. Asking for a review commits you to nothing. You can stop the conversation at any point.
Tell us on the phone, reply STOP to any text, or email info@afgroupnow.com. We'll take you off our list.
